What the contact form collects

When you send an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you enter yourself:

• name;
• contact details (phone and/or email);
• the message content and the chosen interest (quick purchase, ready homes or an apartment to your needs);
• technical data needed for delivery (e.g. IP address and submission time), for spam protection and security.

How we use the data

• to respond to your enquiry and contact you;
• to provide a pre-valuation and suitable solutions;
• to prevent abuse and spam through the web form.

The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The data is used only for the purpose for which you provided it.

Storage of enquiries

Messages sent via the contact form are delivered to aleks@verner.ee and retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to us.

Spam protection

The form is protected against automated spam by technical means that require no extra action from you (e.g. there is no CAPTCHA). The protection processes minimal technical data solely to distinguish a human enquiry from an automated one. For security reasons we do not disclose the technical details.

Cookies

We use a consent panel to manage cookies. Cookies are split into categories:

• Necessary cookies — for the site's basic operation and to remember your consent choice. Always active.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (GA4), to understand site usage. They run only after your consent.
• Marketing cookies — not used at present; the category is reserved for possible future services.

The analytics cookie (GA4) is not loaded or set until you consent to analytics cookies. With consent, GA4 collects general, anonymised usage statistics. If you decline or withdraw consent, GA4 is not loaded and any previously set analytics cookies are removed.
